Overview

Castevo is a modular business management SaaS platform that centralizes multiple operational areas within a single ecosystem. The platform connects modules such as property management, CRM, point of sale, chatbot, websites, credit management, and forms. These modules share common services for authentication, users, roles, billing, notifications, analytics, and integrations, allowing each business to activate only the capabilities it needs.

The challenge

Many small and medium-sized businesses manage customers, sales, inventory, credit, properties, and communications through disconnected tools or manual processes. The challenge was to unify these operations without creating a rigid solution, while maintaining a simple user experience and an architecture capable of supporting multiple organizations, different business models, and modules with independent requirements.

The solution

A modular ecosystem was developed in which each functional area operates as a specialized module while sharing a common foundation for data, identity, permissions, and cross-platform services. This approach makes it possible to introduce new capabilities without forcing businesses to migrate to another platform. Castevo provides connected workflows for managing customers, properties, contracts, sales, inventory, loans, forms, websites, and conversations from a centralized experience. The platform also includes role-based access control, multi-tenant isolation, analytics, notifications, APIs, webhooks, and observability.
